Our experience in various plastics is combined with our tool geometry using to achieve a high finish. The tooling offers tight tolerances in cnc machining to enable easy assembly of components at the production stage. Materials such as polycarbonate sheets, nylon, acrylic and metal can be combined with screen print, digital print,large format print, industrial marking, point of sale graphics and signage. Cnc can also be undertaken straight after vacuum forming of either screen or digital prints.Vinyl cut lettering out of self adhesive is also popular for vehicle graphics and window graphics.Please see examples below.
