Foamex Board Printing
Foamex is an excellent digital print surface which maximizes the best of our digital flatbed printer. Its lightweight yet very durable as it comes in 1mm 3mm 5mm or 10mm thick depending on your application. Excellent for digital photo prints as the surface is very smooth and its white colour gives any image a great back up for black and white or full colour images. Photographers love this as its also a matt finish reducing reflections across the printed image. We also guarantee a minimum of 700dpi with the capability to go up to 1200dpi. They can be used for over a year outside and up to 10 years indoors.
Its also great for vector adobe illustrator work for point of sale displays, end of aisle branding in the commercial sector. Being lightweight its easy to install and fabricate for installers. So what makes us stand out from the rest? Using are cnc cutting machine we can produce any size image A1 A0 A2 A3 etc or bespoke measurements up to 3050mm x 1560mm!!! We can finish your print with bevel edges, radius corners, or even cut to a intricate path see example. Also of interest is that we can heat bend foamex by routing a channel on the reverse before print, and then heat bend it afterwards and leave it to set after print see example.
