Small Format Digital Printing  |
Our HP Indigo prints onto subrates such as Dtec gloss papers 80-300gm matt,silk,or gloss. Up to 700micron pvc plastics white and clear. Self adhesive vinyl's white and clear. Self cling window materials. Folex mirror chrome and gold. Teslin. These are just a few substrates we also can pre-coat other materials to enable even more choice. Varnish can also be applied as a final coating or over laminate depending apon final application requirements.

Window Decals
Great quality window stickers of your design onto, self cling material. This can be reverse printed so that your sticker is applied on the inside and viewed from the outside for protection and for a long life. Also we can sandwich print, meaning you can view one design from the outside and the same / different design from the inside, all within one print. A multiple white backup is also applied to bring out the colours within the design. Substrate choices are vast, the most popular being clear vinyl either permanent or semi permanent / self cling or white self adhesive. Business Cards
At Boyall Graphics & Print our attention to detail is evident throughout our service and that includes our small scale print. We only use thick substrates above 300 micron as anything below feels cheap and inferior. Finishes can be on matt or gloss card as well as plastics due to our versatile hp indigo s2000(to see how versatile our indigo is ). You can supply us your design or we can do it for you in our mac studio, using adobe illustrator/quark/and photoshop.

Large Photographic Prints
High quality photographic prints are available on a variety of substrates such as digital canvas material,matt, gloss, and silk coated papers. These help to offer a broad range of digital print solutions. Fine art prints are available up to SR A3 437mm x 308mm and can be ordered as a one off or in multiple runs. Ideal for special occasions like weddings etc. Great care is taken to ensure colour consistency to meet your exact needs. To help a full in house design studio running G5 macs will process your prints from your digital images. After printing, it is cut size ready for you to frame. Electroluminescent lamp
Our digital print process is ideal for the EL decals, which have a low voltage current that is transferred through the ink so it emits a bright light. Its advantages are that it can be run from a transformer or from an ordinary battery. It's safe, flat (less than 1mm thick), flexible, generates no heat and is portable.Their is also no filament to break. It is ideal for retail environments, pop up displays, beverage displays, and in very low light environments.
Electroluminescent ink is used in conjunction with a printed image to create an eye catching effect.The EL can also be sequenced on a relay for even more impact, see illustration. The applications are endless!

Custom control panels
Our digital litho press enables us to achieve a one hit print rather than four or five traditional screen print layers, saving both time and money for our customers. Its ideal for prototypes and large runs for production. Great for beverage graphics, control panels and fascias for drink dispense units. We will select the right material for your needs for the following applications: Tactile positive click and, non tactile, embossing (rim pillow or dome), backlit, circuitry,RFi and EMC shielding,IP rated keypads. The keypad illustrated was subject to 40 million switch operations under water with no sign of degradation. We can do cost effective prototypes or full scale production runs. |
