Print on metal

We can print onto any metal finish and more complicated shapes involving different angles to suit your needs. Stoving is an important process for making sure the ink keys to the material so that it can endure and last in its enviroment.This process is used on all are custom control panels to ensure long lasting quality for are print and your product.We also print onto metal before it is cold formed into an unprintable shape.

Large format print

We have been producing large format print for the vending industry for 25 years. We spend much time and effort preparing your graphics for small or large format print runs that are either screen or a digital print process.We take great pride in our product and calibrate all are equipment to ensure colour consistency. We visually check each graphic for quality.We print onto virtually any material, the most popular being polycarbonate(plastic) or self adhesive vinyl. We also offer a full CNC routing facility and a vinyl cutting process ideal cutting out shapes or letters.

Electroluminescent lamp

Our screen print process is ideal for the EL decals, which have a low voltage current that is transferred through the ink so it emits a bright light. Its advantages are that it can be run from a transformer or from an ordinary battery. It's safe, flat (less than 1mm thick), flexible, generates no heat and is portable.Their is also no filament to break. It is ideal for retail environments, pop up displays, beverage displays, and in very low light environments.

Membrane Switch Panels

We will select the right material for your needs for the following applications: Tactile positive click and, non tactile, embossing (rim pillow or dome), backlit, circuitry,RFi and EMC shielding,IP rated keypads.In fact the keypad illustrated was subject to 40 million switch operations under water with no sign of degradation. We can do cost effective prototypes by digital print methods as well as conventional screen print before full scale production runs.
