The CNC router is then ideal for cutting out your product to the desired shape.
Working from dwg files we can CNC a wide variety of plastics such as lexan polycarbonate, polyprop, pvc, ptg, and foamex. It will also CNC non ferrous metals and wood. Our tooling also enables us to cut out vacuum formed heads for production runs or small quantities. This machine can be used for vinyl cutting a wide range of self adhesive materials used in the beverage and signage industry. We also provide a full CAD design service allows us to work from conception to completion with our customers.
For a new dimension to standard self adhesive decals, resin doming can produce a great aesthetic look. From small in-house quantities to large production runs we check the quality for consistency from the first to the last decal.
